F1 returns to Madrid in style as 45-year wait ends
Since 1981, Madrid has been without a Formula 1 race.
That is about to change, with the creation of F1's new circuit, Madring, the new home of the Spanish Grand Prix.
Luis Garcia Abad, managing director of Madring, and Carlos Jimenez, director of operations for organisers IFEMA Madrid, take BBC Sport on a guided tour of what the F1 drivers can expect at their newest venue, including the showpiece Turn 12, which is known as Monumental.
