  1. 'Lack of fight from Celtic'published at 12:44 BST

    Rangers 1-0 Celtic

    Pat Bonner
Former Celtic goalkeeper on BBC Sportsound

Celtic just don't look as if they've got the appetite.

    Rangers 1-0 Celtic

Rangers will struggle to keep this work rate up. They really are busting a gut out there.

    Paul

Celtic have been really poor so far, there's a real chance this game gets away from us before half time. Feels like Celtic need to switch to an old school Martin O'Neill 3-5-2 soon and get both Duran and Hogh through the middle! Either that or stay in this formation and go more direct to Hogh and play off him

  3. Postpublished at 12:41 BST

    Rangers 1-0 Celtic

More uncertainty from Sam Johnstone as he is caught dithering on the ball by Ryan Naderi.

No harm done as the ball rolls out for a Celtic throw-in, but Martin O'Neill might be regretting his choice of goalkeeper.

  4. 'Celtic need to make space for Hogh'published at 12:40 BST

    Rangers 1-0 Celtic

    Peter Lovenkrands
Former Rangers striker on BBC Sportsound

When Rangers are playing man for man why are you not putting the wide players all the way out on the touchline?

Spread Rangers and if the defender goes with them you create so much space for Kasper Hogh.

  5. Postpublished at 12:38 BST

    Rangers 1-0 Celtic

Celtic have a chance to get in behind the home defence but an attempted one-two between Kieran Tierney and Sebastian Tounekti goes awry, with the full-back making the wrong choice.

  6. 'Power of work from Penrice'published at 12:36 BST

    Rangers 1-0 Celtic

    Alan Hutton
Former Rangers defender on Premier Sports

James Penrice is doing an absolute power of work, it's quite incredible.

  7. Postpublished at 12:35 BST

    Rangers 1-0 Celtic

A lovely flowing move from Rangers deserves better than Djeidi Gassama running the ball straight out play.

If we keep this pressure up we could actually take Celtic.

    Billy

Tounetki needs to come off, he is an empty jersey for Celtic. Get Hassan on.

    John

  9. 'Credit to McInnes'published at 12:30 BST

    Rangers 1-0 Celtic

    Peter Lovenkrands
Former Rangers striker on BBC Sportsound

Derek McInnes should get a lot of credit for the way Rangers are causing Celtic problems.

  10. Postpublished at 12:29 BST

    Rangers 1-0 Celtic

From the free-kick, Emmanuel Fernandez is up highest but the big Rangers defender can't keep his header down.

  11. YELLOW CARDpublished at 12:28 BST

    Rangers 1-0 Celtic

The Rangers attacks keep coming and now Colby Donovan is cautioned for hacking down Djeidi Gassama.

  12. Rangers rampant with crowd right behind thempublished at 12:27 BST

    Rangers 1-0 Celtic

    Martin Dowden
    BBC Sport Scotland at Ibrox

Celtic need to find some answers and quickly.

Derek McInnes spoke of the importance of setting the tone early. They have done just that and this crowd is responding.

Extremely testing times for Martin O'Neill's side.

  13. Postpublished at 12:27 BST

    Rangers 1-0 Celtic

Camilo Duran has the opportunity to get at the home defence but cuts inside when there is space the other way and his shot is weak.

  14. 'Celtic rattled'published at 12:26 BST

    Rangers 1-0 Celtic

    Charlie Mulgrew
Former Celtic defender on Premier Sports

    Celtic look rattled.

Mistakes by the goalkeeper, sloppy passes. They didn't expect this from Rangers, I don't think.

  15. 'Placed into the corner'published at 12:25 BST

    Rangers 1-0 Celtic

    Peter Lovenkrands
Former Rangers striker on BBC Sportsound

I love the way he just places the ball into the corner. Sam Johnstone can't do anything about it, it's a really well-worked goal from Rangers.

    Ibrox erupts!

Cameron Carter-Vickers fails to deal with a long ball and Rangers seize the initiative.

Kevin Kelsy lays the ball off for Dan Neil and the home skipper cracks in a lovely shot from the edge of the penalty area.

  17. Postpublished at 12:22 BST

    Rangers 0-0 Celtic

The home fans are really cranking up the noise as Dujon Sterling is upended by Kieran Tierney and Rangers load the box for the free-kick.

The delivery from Kim-Min-Su is a big let down though.

  18. YELLOW CARDpublished at 12:20 BST

    Rangers 0-0 Celtic

The first booking goes to Celtic midfielder Benjamin Nygren as he slides in late on Kevin Kelsy.

  19. Celtic surviving - justpublished at 12:19 BST

    Rangers 0-0 Celtic

    Martin Dowden
    BBC Sport Scotland at Ibrox

It's an opening Celtic are just having to get through.

Errors, big ones, offering Rangers all sorts of encouragement with their only solace so far that the home side haven't capitalised.

That said, Martin O'Neill's side look capable on the counter.

  20. 'Johnstone lucky again'published at 12:18 BST

    Rangers 0-0 Celtic

    Pat Bonner
Former Celtic goalkeeper on BBC Sportsound

Sam Johnstone got no contact whatsoever and is very lucky again.
