Kayla Jardine scored Hearts' opening goal

Hearts were knocked out of the Women's Champions League and will drop into the Europa Cup after losing to a late goal against hosts Koge.

Kayla Jardine's strike put Andy Thomson's side in front at half-time, her second goal in two games.

That lead held until the hour mark when Jereko netted for Koge following a corner move.

And, in the first minute of added time, Mille Gejl scored the winner for the Danish side, who hosted all the games in Hearts' second qualifying round mini-tournament.

The SWPL champions will now enter the Europa Cup first qualifying round, with the first and second legs scheduled for 26 August and 2 September, respectively.
