    He puts it into the path of Joe Westley in the box, but his shot is well saved by goalkeeper Alex Paulsen, who tips over the bar.

    Owen Eames races down the left wing, his cutback goes through to Ethan Ross who spins a wonderful shot for Falkirk to take the lead.

    Neat football from Hibs, as Owen Elding slips in Callum Wright.

    His cross is turned behind by Aberdeen defender Mats Knoester.

    Wright has probably been Hibs' best player, which is a credit to the midfielder given he was meant to be on the bench.

    Jamie McGrath's injury has given him a chance.

    Another Hibs move ends with Josh Mulligan side-footing over.

    Simo Valakari is forced into a decision with that red card.

    Daniel Finlayson comes on to fill the gap in defence. Midfielder Josh Campbell is the player withdrawn.

    Motherwell have been poor ever since the HJK home game. Last season was as good as it was because we were solid at the back and moving all the time. Far too shaky and slow. It’s disappointing.

    Zidane Iqbal wins the ball back in the middle of the park and the visitors charge up towards the St Mirren goal, where Dylan Tait forces a good stop from goalkeeper Jacob Chapman.

    Cheick Diabate is shown a second yellow card midway inside the St Johnstone half.

    The defender was already on thin ice and he loses his man and tries to recover with a pull. The referee is straight into his pocket to show the yellow, then the red.

    St Johnstone reduced to 10 men.
