What you find in these games is that moments win the game.

You have Iredale being sent off and then a moment of genius by McPake.

A moment of pure brilliance and he has been outstanding tonight.

Adam Mayor can hit a baw.

He's just lasered a free-kick over the bar and it isn't far away at all.

    What a goal.

McPake's biggest attribute is you don't know which way he will go.

And the composure to put into the opposite corner is outstanding.

He so deserves it. He has been excellent tonight.

Hibs now backs against the wall.

Never mind in the squad. In the Scotland starting line-up, Josh McPake.

    Magnificent.

    Oh my word.

The finish is a bit scruffy, but that is a sublime, sublime solo goal from Josh McPake.

He skips past three Hibs players like he's Neymar or something and opens his body up to score via a big deflection.

Get him on the plane... to Slovenia.

Not sure much blame can be put on Raphael Sallinger there, tbh.

    A huge turning point.

I think Sallinger panics because it is near his goal and doesn't have to play it right back to his team-mate.

    What a dafty.

A horrendous back pass from Jack Iredale puts his keeper in all sorts of trouble.

He gives him the ball back and Iredale then takes a terrible touch before catching Calvin Miller with a high boot.

It's a clear yellow. His first was so cheap too.

This is where you need the spine of the team grabbing people and telling them to wake up.

Hibs have come out strong here.

Adam Mayor has to hit the target!

Hibs have men over and Nathan Lowe finds the Hibs left-wing back charging into the box, but he puts his attempt over the bar this time.

    Another massive opportunity.

Hearts are rattled and a ball is given away inexplicably by Oisin McEntee, but Martin Boyle cannot capitalise.

Huge chance goes begging for the Hibs striker.

Great play initially from Mulligan, winning the ball.

Great time to score for Hibs and now the pressure is on Hearts.

A lot of Hibs fans came into this game with a lot of expectation.

But they have been second best all over the park, whether it's Spittal and Mendy picking up second balls in the middle of the park where you would expect Mulligan to have lots of energy.

Devaney, who we saw control the game at the weekend, hasn't had a sniff and a lot of that is down to the way Hearts have set up with man-marking.

It has been first-class by Hearts.
