Despite no goals, Spurs are improving under De Zerbi. United however, are going nowhere.

It's the first time we've seen some speed from Man United.

Counter attack there from Bryan Mbeumo and Amad Diallo. They should have done better.

Luke Shaw heads away the corner and Sandro Tonali's shot is blocked...

And then United counter with a two or three situaiton. Bryan Mbeumo asks a lot from Amad Diallo with his pass. Diallo meets it with a shot still but Antonin Kinsky saves easily.

From the way the game is being played, it seems Spurs prepared for 3 weeks, while Utd went on holiday.

Savio has been lively for Spurs here and his cross is headed behind by Luke Shaw, who doesn't take any risks.

Spurs have a free-kick about 30 yards out. Probably a bit too far to shoot. Savio crosses and United head away easily. A waste really.

United’s issue in central midfield is that Tielemans (brilliant as he can be) is not a like-for-like replacement for Casemiro. With this system we needed a proper holding midfielder. We are going to concede control and goals without a proper number 6 in front of this back four.

Good play by Lucas Bergvall, who stops Amad Diallo's ball finding Bruno Fernandes.

Fernandes, by the way, has only had a goal or assist in one Premier League game this season. It was just that he had a few of them in that one game - three goals and an assist against Ipswich.

The two players with the most dribbles completed in the Premier League so far this season are Spurs duo Savio (14) and Mohammed Kudus (13).

Not that it's done them much good so far.

It's a chance for them but you can't rely on set pieces alone. So far Man United have been so disappointing.

Manchester United, on this performance, would probably go in League D of the Nations League. Yeah that's the one with Andorra and stuff.

United just don't have legs in midfield. Surely Mount, Baleba or Santos would be worth bringing on right now before its too late...

Brilliant football, Mohammed Kudus does well and gets his body around it. Roberto De Zerbi is pulling his hair out. How are they not winning this football match?
