You will need:

100ml double cream
60g cornflour
3 tbsp desiccated coconut (Sorry, something went wrongCheck your connection, refresh the page and try again.yē zi)

Method
Mix (Sorry, something went wrongCheck your connection, refresh the page and try again.bàn) the milk, sugar, double cream and cornflour in a bowl (Sorry, something went wrongCheck your connection, refresh the page and try again.wǎn).
Pour the mixture into a saucepan and get an adult to bring the mixture to the boil (Sorry, something went wrongCheck your connection, refresh the page and try again.zhǔ), stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and add the mixture.
Leave it in the fridge to set.
Cut (Sorry, something went wrongCheck your connection, refresh the page and try again.qiē) the snowflake cake into small pieces.
Cover with desiccated coconut and serve.
