Bellamy backs England to win World Cup 'if conditions kind'

Wales head coach Craig Bellamy believes England can win the World Cup this summer "if the conditions are kind" to Thomas Tuchel's side.

England are in Group L alongside Croatia, Ghana and Panama.

Bellamy believes Spain will also be challenging for the trophy come the final on July 19.
