I don't think Leylah Fernandez can do much different or needs to change much.
A lot of this match has been on Jessica Pegula's unforced errors.

Rinderknech secures the first break of the match after more unexpected errors from the ground by Medvedev, but the seventh seed immediately recovers in the next game, racing 40-15 ahead before Rinderknech sends a return long. We are back on serve.

"They motivate me to keep working really hard. I was happy to close this match in straight sets. She is a fighter, she is such a nice girl and always a tough match against her.
"I completely shut down the noises from the outside. I am trying to focus on myself. If I am working hard, pushing myself at every point, every second I know I will have my chances."
On her necklace: "Fully inspired by the US Open vibes. Colourful, bold, bright, a lot. I love it. My main tactic is to disrupt my opponent with the sparkles. This is a vintage set I am in love with."
