Swimmer Davies embraces Glasgow experience

Sophie Davies was proud to be part of the Welsh record 4x100m freestyle team who finished fifth in the final at the Commonwealth Games.

Davies, Theodora Taylor, Meghan Higgs and Rebecca Sutton broke the Welsh record by two seconds.

Davies returned to the pool for the women's 200m freestyle this morning after a late finish.
