Women's C4-C5 1000m time trial finals
England's Kadeena Cox speaking to TNT Sports after winning silver in the Women's C4-C5 1000m time trial: "I knew I executed a really good ride. I had a wobble in the middle and didn't commit enough. Once I saw her [Tara Neyland's] last lap, I knew it was going to be close.
"I was really hoping she didn't [win] but that's sport I guess."
"It's my first Commonwealth Games. I am doing something I thought I would never do. l always said I would retire when the kilo [1000km] came in"
On LA 2028: "I am really looking forward to LA. I'm thanking God to be able to do this. I think LA will be a great place to end my career and I say that having said I will end my career about five times before. But LA is the goal and anything beyond that is a blessing."
