Georgia Baker of Australia wins the sprint for the line, just ahead of Anna Morris who wins her second medal of the afternoon and has now completed the set in the past 24 hours, adding a silver to her team bronze and gold in the IP.

Samantha Donnelly of New Zealand takes bronze, just ahead of 19-year-old Scot Erin Boothman who nearly collected a second medal of the session too.

Barker fades but Niah Evans of Scotland is right there and here come Australia... and Anna Morris of Wales.

Meg Barker of Wales has broken away with six laps to go, but she's been hotly pursued.

All back together again with 12 laps to go. This is setting up for a bunch sprint. Which will be quite a spectacle.

A group of seven had stretched the field out somewhat and it includes Kate Richardson and Carys Lloyd of Wales.

Megan Barker of Wales is the next to go for a break and has a 30m gap, though she's being trailed by Esther Wong of Northern Ireland.

The first break of the day comes from Scotland's Kate Richardson with 25 laps to go but Carys Lloyd of Wales has chased her down swiftly and taken over the lead before slowing things down again.

The bright yellow of the Australian contingent seem keen to push the pace.

23 riders on the track at once in a bunch is quite a spectacle.

Almost 2km of the 10km gone but no attacks yet and all very cordial, so far, with riders taking it in turns on the front of the peloton, as if it were a Sunday morning long-ride.
