It's been a good first half, both sides causing issues for each other. The response from Sunderland has been brilliant, they lost it just towards the end of the half. End to end stuff.

Lovely play from Ndiaye, he could have shot himself but he passes it to Haaland who looks off balance and sends it just past the post.

And the whistle also blows on a goalless first half at Elland Road.

Leeds have been the more positive side overall, but produced only one attempt on target - with that not arriving until the 42nd minute.

He somehow puts it wide after the ball was put on a plate for him by Iliman Ndiaye.

The Senegal international cannot believe it and Rayan Cherki in back play is sprawled out of the turf, not being able to comprehend what he has just witnessed.

Manchester City break and it looks certain they will score a fourth as the Norwegian picks up the ball in a space and, with the goal at his mercy, places wide.

Wow.

Nothing to separate Bournemouth and Liverpool after a first-half which was fairly low in quality.
