Leeds were chasing shadows for the last 40 mins. They couldn’t keep up with Brentford who were everywhere. Leeds need to change their game plan and it starts by slowing the game down and keeping possession... if they can.

    Paul, Australia

This is why I’ve been baffled with people predicting a top half finish for us this season. Brentford better in every department and we lack any ideas or creativity. Really hanging on.

  6. 'Needs some creativity'published at 14:55 BST

    HT: Sunderland 0-0 Fulham

    Nick Barnes
    BBC Radio Newcastle's Sunderland commentator

I actually haven’t made a note in the first half.

    They’ve neutralised each other.

It needs some creativity. It needs someone to take a gamble.

  7. 'Assured performance from Martinez'published at 14:53 BST

    HT: Chelsea 3-1 Brighton

    Glenn Murray
Former Brighton striker on BBC Radio 5 Live at Stamford Bridge

I thought Chelsea were outstanding and they looked like they could score every time they had a foray forward.

This forward line can score goals and break anyone down with ease so it is just about the concentration behind them.

Emi Martinez commanded his box very well. Even when Brighton scored, he blocked the original shot.

A really assured performance so far by Chelsea's new number one.

    HT: Leeds 0-1 Brentford

Brentford have never lost a Premier League game when Kevin Schade has found the back of the net - winning 13 and drawing three.

  9. Joao Pedro taunts Brighton's fanspublished at 14:51 BST

    HT: Chelsea 3-1 Brighton

    Nizaar Kinsella
    BBC Sport Chelsea reporter

Joao Pedro did his thumbs down goal celebration in front of the Brighton away end.

The striker had been facing a barrage of chants during the match which he obviously heard and answered the abuse with his trademark celebration.

  13. Postpublished at 14:48 BST

    Chelsea 3-1 Brighton

Now a long range attempt by Luka Vuskovic which isn't that bad at all.

Suddenly, it's Chelsea who want the half-time whistle to blow.

  14. Postpublished at 14:47 BST

    Leeds 0-1 Brentford

Igor Thiago can't make the best contact with his head from the corner and it goes wide.

  15. CLOSE!published at 14:47 BST

    Chelsea 3-1 Brighton

    Goodness!

A huge chance for Diego Gomez right at the end of the first half but he cannot keep his header down.

Chelsea have switched off since going 3-0 up.

The manager has set up Brighton all wrong in defence. Just handed it to Chelsea.

    Dominic, Barcelona

Every Chelsea goal has been from clear Brighton mistakes, when will the Mats Wieffer experiment at right back end?

    Tom, London

We have a right back on the bench who has pace, yet Fabian Hurzeler continues playing Mats Wieffer at right back. Every week his team selection baffles me. Pathetic performance and team selection.

Brentford just look much better than Leeds here, and they're having fun with it as Mikkel Damsgaard backheels the ball to lose two players.

A poor first half ends goalless.

Fulham come forward quickly as Gonzalo Garcia drops deep to take the ball on the turn and play it through for Josh King.

But the teenager can't keep his balance when under pressure and it doesn't happen for him again.
