The draw for the second round of the Carabao Cup will take place from 19:20 BST on Monday before Plymouth host Exeter City.

A reminder that the 11 Premier League teams not in Europe this season, which includes Chelsea, Newcastle and Tottenham, will all enter the competition at the second round stage.

Maybe because a lot of teams have put out their strongest sides for the games because it's the first match of the season, only two teams, Walsall and Sheffield Wednesday, have beaten higher league opponents this weekend.

Patrick Bamford's early goal had the Championship side a goal to the good at the break and Mark McGuinness' header put them in full control with 20 minutes to play.

Thereafter it just seemed a matter of when and not if United got a third and Callum O'Hare duly got it right at the end.

Minimum of three minutes added on at the end of this.

Sheffield United are moving the ball well and are looking very strong.

It's all Sheffield United now and you'd expect them to add to their lead by the the end of the game.

Sheffield United look a lot sharper than the Stags in this second half.

It is really showing now.

The home side take off Stephen McLaughlin and debutant David McGoldrick.

Michael Smith and Nathan Moriah-Weslh are on for the Stags.

Ex-Blades striker McGoldrick was given a warm reception from the away fans as he left the pitch, which was nice.

Really good play from Oates to get in behind, showing his pace. He just ran out of pitch after getting past the goalkeeper, but that is exactly what the Stags need to do.
