Boreham Wood have signed former Altrincham defender Tylor Golden on a free transfer.

The 26-year-old moves to Meadow Park having rejected a new contract offer at his former club.

Golden played 82 times in the National League for Altrincham after joining the club from FC Halifax Town in the summer of 2024.

He was in the academies of Ipswich Town, Manchester City, Rochdale and Blackburn Rovers before joining Wigan Athletic in 2017.

He went on to have spells at Salford City and Notts County before, in 2022, moving to Halifax, where he made more than 80 appearances.
