Wycombe Wanderers chairman Dan Rice has bought a 10% stake in the League One club from owner Mikheil Lomtadze.

Rice joined the Chairboys in May 2024 from Premier League club Everton, where he had worked as head of emerging talent.

He became chair the following month when Rob Couhig stepped down after agreeing to sell the club to Kazakhstan billionaire Lomtadze's Feliciana EFL group.

"Dan has been my trusted partner in the journey of Wycombe Wanderers, and I am delighted that he has become a shareholder in the club, demonstrating his belief in what we are building and his commitment to our long-term future," Lomtadze said in a post on X., external

"Our ambition remains unchanged: to build a successful, sustainable football club that makes our supporters proud. We remain focused on making decisions that strengthen the club and our direction for the long term."

Wycombe finished 11th under boss Michael Duff in 2025-26, 12 points adrift of the play-off places.

The club won a place in the English Football League in 1994, but have only had one season above the lower two tiers since then, winning promotion to the Championship in 2020 when Gareth Ainsworth was in charge.

Feliciana now own 80% of the club with Rice and the Wycombe Wanderers Supporters Trust now holding equal 10% stakes.
