Hepburn 'over the moon' with double junior sprint gold

Welsh cyclist Ioan Hepburn says winning two world sprint titles is more than he dreamed of.

Hepburn, 18, won individual sprint and keirin gold plus team sprint silver at the Junior World Track Championships just weeks after his Commonwealth Games debut.

He is moving to Manchester to train full-time at the British Cycling headquarters where Sir Jason Kenny is the men's sprint head coach.

Kenny was the last British male rider to complete the junior sprint and keirin double in 2006.
