  5. WI 83-6published at 15.3 overs

So, Deandra Dottin is in at number eight.

It's a positive sign that she's able to bat after that earlier injury scare.

Georgia Wareham just has that knack of taking wickets. She bowls so accurately with a mix of pace. Shemaine Campbelle made a good choice there but she rushed it.

    Campbelle c Perry b Wareham 22 (WI 83-6)

Shemaine Champbelle picks up four with a nice hit over mid-off, but she falls trying to repeat the shot.

It's straight to Ellyse Perry and she doesn't drop them.

Australia are a proficient, well-oiled winning machine of epic proportions! The depth of talent and fear factor attached to playing them can make even the best sides look ordinary, as we are seeing with a West Indies side that are no mugs themselves usually. Ellyse Perry is different class.

  9. WI 79-5published at 15 overs

West Indies have been really poor today, but Australia have been equally good.

I thought this game was done in about the fourth over and it's continued on like I thought it might unfortunately.

Deandra Dottin has just walked down the steps from the dressing room to the dugout. She looks to be preparing to bat.

Australia are taking their time and getting everything spot on, even though they're way ahead in this game.

They'll know they have to be clinical.

At their current run rate, West Indies will get to 104 from their 20 overs.

Stating the obvious, but that's not good enough against Australia.

The crowds probably aren't helped by the fact that no one knew which semi-final their team would be in until after India played Australia at the very end of the group stage.

West Indies have got the players to do it, but they never seem to be on it at the same time. They never put together a complete performance.

  18. WI 70-4published at 13.1 overs

A rare boundary as Chinelle Henry cuts Annabel Sutherland behind point for four.

It does seem odd to see so many empty seats for a semi-final, Chris.

Utterly absurd that the time of this match was scheduled based on television audiences in one specific country, to the detriment of the players and fans in the country where the game is being played. How is one country allowed to have such unregulated power over an entire sport?
