Image source, SWPixDespite a rather damp finish, what an entertaining four days we have had across Divisions One and Two in the County Championship.
Yorkshire were the big winners this afternoon as they pulled off a historic innings victory - their first in a decade - against an out of sorts Surrey side with a terrific team performance which included those three wickets from Harry Brook last night.
Derbyshire completed a seven-wicket victory at the home of cricket against Middlesex and Northamptonshire came through a nail-biting match at Gloucestershire to win by two-wickets.
Nottinghamshire remain top of a very tight Division One with the 11 points they picked up on the road in the draw at Hampshire who stay bottom, while Durham are 20 points clear in Division Two.
Thanks for your company over the past four days - now it's time for the T20 Blast to take centre stage on Friday.
