I really hated George Groves when we had our first fight. I wanted to punch him hard in the face but then the gameplan changes and George dropped me in round one.

Whatever the gameplan is, on the night, it's all about how you answer what's coming at you.

At some stage, maybe after round four or five, they will meet in the middle for a tear up.

I'm surpised that it was so friendly just because of the history that they had before and what they have said about each other. There has always been that respect between each other, but also a tinge of nastiness, which I though with this fight, a huge fight, the biggest fight arguably in both of their careers, that it would get a little bit tasty.

It was entertaining, but it wasn't the fireworks that we were expecting.

It wasn't the fireworks that we were expecting, but it was actually good, because here's the thing. It's been such a disastrous five months. April 27, this contract was signed and sealed.

The two were going to fight each other, then there was a two month scare where we were going to New York, then there was a very edified exchange between a man who isn't involved in the fight at the moment, but might be, when Eddie Hearn got involved, and there lots of verbal, lots of swearing with Dana White.

Neither of them are up there with the best. Neither can dance. It's going to be a slog match.

I don't underestimate what Tyson Fury says, when he says something he usually does it but I don't think he'll stand and trade with Joshua.

I wanted to take out Frank Bruno but it wasn't that easy - especially the first couple of rounds.

The history of them, the back and forth they have had for years. You would of thought that it would get a little bit feisty especially at the end. There were little signs but Anthony Joshua wouldn't take the bait.

It’s not going to happen….one of them will pick up a so called training injury…and it’s off

They both told me this afternoon when I sat down with them, that it's going to be edgy and very fiery. A volcano might erupt said Tyson Fury, but the two of them swapped a few insults for a few minutes and then they were polite, they were really kind with each other. Really respectful. It was really odd.

  10. Fury 'answered the call for the British fans'published at 19:15 BST

[Fury] has answered the call [for British boxing]. Deontay [Wilder] came over here and said he wanted the best British fighter and Tyson Fury answered the call. He went over to America and beat him twice, and they were legacy fights, great fights. He answered the call for the British fans, that he's number one and he's willing to go and fight.

Well, that wasn't exactly what I expected. A few insults here and there but there was a lot of humour and also respect.

They're having a few words now but the smiles are still there.

Tyson Fury got on his tiptoes to size Anthony Joshua up and AJ responded by giving Fury's belly a little tickle.

The fight is good now, exactly due to the jeopardy involved. AJ has all the chance in the world of catching Fury with a right hand to end the fight early. Years ago the movement would have probably prevented it, but AJ might fold with the first jab. This will be genuinely intriguing.
