Kenya's Joyciline Jepkosgei set a new women's course record when winning the 2026 Cardiff Half Marathon.
The former world record holder won in a time of 1:05:40 with Ethiopian pair Wede Kefale and Tigist Tesema second and third.
"It was a tough course but I kept fighting so I'm happy to get the victory here," said Jepkosgei, who beat the record set in 2017 by Edith Chelimo.
Kenyan Gideon Kiprotich won the men’s race in 59:43 ahead of 2025 winner Yismaw Dillu of Ethiopia, with Bahrain’s Jonah Rutio claiming third spot.
The men's wheelchair race was won by Poland’s Sam Kolek while Mel Nicholls won the women's event.
More than 29,000 runners took on the 13.1-mile course around the Welsh capital in glorious conditions.
Athletics great Dame Kelly Holmes, former Wales rugby prop Adam Jones and ex-Wales football captain Aaron Ramsey were among the famous faces taking part.
