Welcome to the BBC NI Belfast City Marathon message uploader!

We would love your messages of support and good luck for those taking part in the marathon, or if you’re running it yourself!

We'll select as many messages as we can to feature on BBC iPlayer and BBC Radio Ulster coverage on Sunday 3rd May from 8.45am.

Submissions can only be made by those aged 18 or older. If your video includes anyone aged 17 or under, you must be their parent or legal guardian and give permission for their participation.
