Julie Hesmondhalgh on her Broadchurch storyline

Julie Hesmondhalgh - formerly Hayley Cropper in Coronation Street – stars in the third and final series of ITV’s Broadchurch. She plays Trish Winterman, a victim of a serious sexual assault who reports the attack to the police. Jane speaks to Julie about her role and why she was initially apprehensive to take it on.
