- Published
England will face France on Saturday at the Miami Stadium in the US state of Florida.
While the teams might not be in the running for the World Cup trophy, there's still plenty to play for.
As well as the glory of third place, the winning team will also get prize money of $29m (£21.5m).
Plus there's another prize which players like Kylian Mbappe, Ousmane Dembele, Harry Kane, and Jude Bellingham will also have their eyes on: the Golden Boot!

Which team has been stronger in the World Cup so far?

Many felt that France had been the most impressive team in the whole tournament - that was, until their semi-final defeat to Spain.
The game plan of Spain's manager Luis de la Fuente's managed to upset France's golden trio of Mbappe, Olise and Dembele.
But will England be able to use the same tactics? We'll have to wait and see what England's manager Thomas Tuchel comes up with.
Tuchel on third-place play-off
Understandably both teams will be recovering from the disappointment of their semi-final losses, with Tuchel saying himself that "no one wants to play this match".
Many of England's players also looked physically exhausted towards the end of their semi-final game, and with not long to rest before Saturday's game we could see less high-profile names starting for England.
Some have also argued that this young France team is more of a threat than the aging Argentina side England was knocked out by, which means that if they are hoping for a win England would need to put forward a strong side.
Which team has more star players?

Kylian Mbappe, Ousmane Dembele and Michael Olise are France's star trio of attacking forwards
Kylian Mbappe leads France's attack, having scored 20 times in just 21 appearances across three tournaments.
But while he's played against England twice before he's never scored against them, and with Mbappé and Bellingham club teammates at Real Madrid they'll be used to the others style of play.
Mbappe is supported by Michael Olise, who England Football have described as "the chief creator of Deschamps' side".
Despite not scoring so far in this World Cup, he's been leading the way for assists having created five goals from open play - a record which comes close to that of Brazil legend Pelé.

Ousmane Dembele is another key figure in France's attack, with five goals and two assists.
But even with all his success, he still sits one goal behind two of England's biggest stars Harry Kane and Jude Bellingham.
Anthony Gordon has also given plenty of stand-out performances for the three Lions - being one of the most consistent performers, and giving England their only goal against Argentina.
Djed Spence was another England player who made a big impact in that game, with the most tackles and interceptions.
Which team has a better track record?

England's only World Cup win was in 1966
These two European giants know each other well having faced each other on 32 previous occasions, with three of these at the World Cup.
Their first head-to-head clash on the World Cup stage was in 1966, where England came out on top - and went on to be crowned World Cup champions.
England also won 3-1 against France in the World Cup group stage in Spain in 1982.
But in more recent years, things have been going more in France's direction.

France has had two wins - in 1998 and most recently in 2018
France won its second World Cup trophy at the 2018, with England coming in fourth place that year.
During the last World Cup in 2022 it was France who put England out in the quarterfinal after a 2-1 win in Doha, before losing in the final against Argentina on penalties.
They've also got plenty of experience of World Cup third place play-offs having played in four previously, compared to England who have played - and lost - in their previous two.
Away the World Cup there's not been so much of a pattern, with Les Bleus winning their 2017 friendly 3-2 but England securing an 2-0 win in 2015.
Who wants to win more?

A win for England would mean their best finish in the competition for 60 years and their best-ever result in the competition on foreign soil.
France meanwhile, will also want to go out on a high as it's their head coach Didier Deschamps' final game after 14 years in charge.
There's also the matter of the Golden Boot still to play for, which could turn the game into less of the contest of which team can win - but which of their star players can score the most goals.

France captain Kylian Mbappe is currently level with Lionel Messi as this World Cup's joint top scorer on eight goals so far, but with Messi a fraction ahead, thanks to his four assists to Mbappe's three.
But if Mbappe scores more goals in that game than Messi does in the final, he can still come out on top.
There is still also a chance for Harry Kane and Jude Bellingham who are just two goals behind Messi and Mbappe.
As they currently have fewer assists, they would probably need a hat-trick to top the charts.
