Man City are flying high at the moment, having just been crowned Women's Super League champions and ending Chelsea's six-year reign.

And to further rub salt in the wound, it was Chelsea they beat in the semis to earn their ticket to Wembley.

Striker Khadija Shaw made sure of the victory by scoring an equaliser in injury time and the winning goal in extra time.
