More than 70 firefighters have tackled a blaze overnight at a disused bowling alley in Wolverhampton.
Emergency services were called to the former AMF bowling centre on Howard Street in Blakenhall at 19:45 GMT.
West Midlands Fire Service said 30% of the building, which was undergoing demolition, was damaged by fire.
About 30 people were led from the ground floor, which also contained a car showroom and gym.
