My Weekly Message

Hello Psychic fans, Shirley here.

I’m sorry I have to be the bearer of bad news but unfortunately I have had to send Sheba away this week.

It seems that she got so excited by all the unnecessary presents that my fans have been sending her that she accidentally went a bit potty in heaven.

What I would suggest is that because Sheba is spirit side, if you do want to her to receive your gifts; booties, paintings, sparkling collars or whatever, the best thing you can do is burn them, that way they’ll go straight to spirit. If you do send them here, we’ll burn them for you.

So, just to reiterate, anything you send for Sheba will be chucked straight onto a big bonfire so you might want to save yourself the cost of a stamp. Remember, this is High Spirits with Shirley Ghostman, it’s not a double act and there is no Sheba in the title.

Don’t forget to keep sending in your presents for me though as I’m still earth bound and I love to receive them. No cards or pictures please as I am conscious of the depletion of the rainforests. Chocolates or wine will do just fine.

So it’s on with the show, and this week was as phenomenal as the rest. Proving antique hunting isn’t just for mullet-haired prune faces like David Dickinson and Ian McShane, I used a technique called psychometry, which involves looking into the past just by touching an object. I can tell you I made some pretty hair-raising discoveries.

We also caught up again with Colin Reynolds who took his show to a Social club in South London and shape-shifted himself into animals which are now extinct. He’s truly a talented man.

Not only that, but this week I once again tackled the Sceptics head on, meeting Wendy Grossman, founder of the Skeptic Magazine who seemed to be under the impression that I’m not charming or sensitive enough to be a medium. Well, I soon put her straight by revealing a few home truths on camera.

As you can see everything is looking great, although since sending Sheba away some of the spirits seem to reluctant to get in touch. I can only hope that it won’t get in the way of my performance during the show. So, until next week, spook to you later.

Love and light

Shirley x
