The players and staff at Gateshead have been paid their delayed wages for September.,
It emerged on 1 October that the wages had not been paid after director Mark Nellist withdrew his funding support and resigned from the board.
The National League club are being taken over by American investment company Flacks Group, and interim chairman Graham Wood said earlier this week that he expected the monies to be paid by Tuesday.
Gateshead, who sacked former Sunderland midfielder Lee Cattermole last month, are bottom of the table with four points from 13 games.
