Leeds Rhinos earned back-to-back wins in Women's Super League as they beat York Valkyrie, while Featherstone Rovers earned their first league victory of 2026, seeing off Barrow Raiders.

Kaiya Glynn, Nicole Kennedy and Ebony Stead gave Leeds a 14-6 lead over York at the break, with Tamzin Renouf hitting back for the Valkyrie.

Connie Boyd and Grace Short went in either side of Sade Rihari's response from York, but Keara Bennett put the gloss on as the Rhinos steered out a 30-10 win at Headingley.

Meanwhile, Featherstone edged out Barrow to earn two points in an entertaining fixture which they won16-10 after a tense first half.

Emma Hutchinson sent Barrow ahead but Brogan Churm hit back as Featherstone levelled at 6-6 by half-time.

Dani Waters converted her own try to send Fev ahead in the second half and Barrow responded through Chloe Capstick, but they missed the conversion that followed and Ash Prescott scored the decisive try for Rovers.

Leeds were off the mark when Glynn went in following a short pass to her as the Rhinos went on the attack - and they doubled their tally just two minutes later.

Kennedy dove to the corner to send them 10-0 up but Petra Woods teed up Renouf to reduce the deficit for York.

The Rhinos rallied, however, and Stead padded the lead further when she touched down at the corner, and Boyd continued their fine form after the break when she finished well from a succession of Leeds passes.

Rihari sold a dummy in a race with Stead to hit back again for York, but Short went in as Leeds kept up the pressure on the last tackle to send her through.

Bennet went in for her first try in more than a year when she touched down from dummy half shortly after Boyd came up short.
