A year later than they initially expected, Crystal Palace make their Europa League debut today.

They qualified for the tournament last year but Uefa booted them down to the Conference League because of then co-owner John Textor also being involved with Lyon.

But Palace then went on to win the Conference League, which gave them a place back in the Europa League again.

There were no issues this time as Textor has sold his stake in Palace - and funnily their next game in the competition is away to Lyon.

The Europa League is split across two days this week with half the matches yesterday.

At 17:45 BST today Levski Sofia v Salzburg and OFI Crete v Hoffenheim kicked off.

And at 20:00 these games are taking place...

• Lillestrom v Torreense
• Viktoria Plzen v Union Saint-Gilloise

Crystal Palace boss Pierre Sage names the same starting XI from the defeat by Ipswich at the weekend.

It means Axel Disasi is able to start despite being sent off against Ipswich because the suspension only applies to domestic games.

Bournemouth name an unchanged side for their first ever European fixture as Marco Rose keeps faith with the XI that began the 2-2 draw with Brentford at the weekend.

Justin Kluivert and Marcus Tavernier were on target in that one, while Evanilson leads the line as he continues to look for his first goal of the season.
