Ballard 'a special player' but still learning

Bristol City summer signing Dom Ballard is "a special player" according to BBC Radio London's Leyton Orient commentator Dave Victor - but that does not mean he is a complete one yet.
Ballard joined the Robins on Tuesday after impressing at Leyton Orient in League One last season, scoring 23 times to be the league's top goalscorer.
"He's a player who is still learning the game," Victor said.
"He still makes mistakes. He's only 21 and I know that one of the things he has said he wants to do is [improve] his contribution off the ball.
"When he's one-on-one with the goalkeeper, you know it's going into the back of the net, but possibly his running off the ball is not the level that it will need to be in the Championship."
