Ipswich comfortably defeat Rayo Vallecano in penultimate friendly

Ipswich defeated last season's Conference League finalists Rayo Vallecano 3-0 in their penultimate pre-season friendly ahead of their Premier League return.
All of the goals at Portman Road came after the break, with Leif Davis scoring twice and new signing Emersonn adding a third in what proved to be a comfortable victory.
Kjell Scherpen and Florentino Luis feature for Ipswich for the first time, with fellow new signing Sasa Lukic watching from the stands after his arrival was confirmed on Saturday morning.
Gary O'Neil's side now travel to Union Berlin for the final pre-season contest, before their Premier League opener against Sunderland on 22 August.
