Carabao Cup second-round draw

The Premier League season is yet to get underway, but the second-round Carabao Cup draw has already been made.
As many as 11 Premier League teams are in the draw, with the format regionalised into northern and southern sections before round three.
Here is who the Premier League clubs have drawn:
Stoke v Hull
Newcastle v West Bromwich Albion
Nottingham Forest v Leeds
Preston v Everton
Ipswich v Leicester
Birmingham v Brentford
Fulham v AFC Wimbledon
Chelsea v Luton
Tottenham v Charlton
Plymouth v Coventry
All ties are to be played week commencing 24 August.
