Sheffield Wednesday are in talks with Liverpool about signing winger Kieran Morrison on a season-long loan deal.
Liverpool are open to letting Morrison leave on loan to continue the Northern Ireland international's development after he broke through into the first team last season.
Morrison, 19, made his debut in the Carabao Cup defeat to Crystal Palace in October and also featured in the FA Cup win over Wolves in March.
He starred in Premier League 2, scoring 14 goals and adding two assists in just 18 appearances, and captained the side in the second half of the campaign.
Morrison has been linked with a number of clubs abroad and in the Championship and Wednesday are showing strong interest in the teenager.
He made his senior debut for Northern Ireland in the friendly win over Guinea in June.
