Solihull sign Kachunga and Johnson until January

Solihull Moors have signed former Huddersfield Town, Bolton Wanderers and Cambridge United forward Elias Kachunga and ex-Sheffield Wednesday wing-back Marvin Johnson on a short-term deals until early 2027.
Both Kachunga, 34, and 35-year-old Johnson join the Moors on a free transfers on contracts until 9 January having left the U's and Port Vale respectively at the end of last season.
Kachunga began his career in Germany and moved to England a decade ago to join Huddersfield, winning promotion to the Premier League in 2017.
Kachunga also picked up silverware with Bolton in the EFL Trophy in 2023 and was part of Cambridge's promotion-winning campaign in League Two last term, when he made 17 appearances and a further nine in other competitions.

Johnson played seven times for Port Vale during his short-term stay last season
Johnson started out with the Moors before going on to play for Motherwell in Scotland, Oxford United, Middlesbrough, Sheffield United and the Owls - the latter where he won promotion to the Championship in 2023.
He signed for Vale on a short-term deal last October and left at the start of the year.
