Goalkeeper Mark Halstead scored a stoppage time equaliser as Colwyn Bay survived a scare to win on penalties in the Welsh Cup second round at Buckley Town.
Mike Wilde's Cymru Premier side went ahead through Jack Kenny but Buckley of the Cymru North levelled through Connor Littler.
Dylan Proctor put the hosts ahead in the second half before Halstead struck in stoppage time to take the game to penalties.
Bay won on penalties with Lewis Sirrell converting the decisive spot kick.
Holders Caernarfon Town are through after a 3-1 win away at Flint Town United in a repeat of last season's final.
Cymru Premier side Ammanford continued their momentum by winning 4-2 at FC Cwmaman to progress to the 2026-27 third round.
Callum Shirt, Joe Hopkins, Joseph Case, and Jonathan Evans all struck to overcome a brave effort from the South Wales Championship side, who scored twice through Adam Karakus.
Goals from Callum Sainty and Noah Daley ensured Barry Town United advanced by beating Tredegar Town 2-0.
Barry were made to work hard by their Ardal Southern League opponents, despite taking an early lead through Sainty. It was not until the dying minutes that the home side secured the win when Daley was teed up by Owen Cuddihy to score.
Another top-flight side, Holywell Town, needed penalties to get past Ardal Northwest side Llay Welfare in north Wales.
After Jonathan Collon struck an 89th minute equaliser for the underdogs, Hollywell went through 5-4 on penalties with Joshua Phillips the only home player to miss.
Haverfordwest County also progressed, ending a run of four straight defeats by cruising past Cardiff Corinthians 4-0. Youngster Jack Walker opened the scoring before Rhys Abbruzzese, Cody Twose, and teenager Jacob Bacon sealed their progress.
One of the ties of the day came at Coedpoeth United, as the North East Wales Division One team upset Guilsfield on penalties.
Despite the Cymru North side making it 3-3 at the death through a Jake O'Donnell equaliser, a nail-biting shootout finished 9-8 to the hosts after Jack Jones missed his spot-kick.
