Worthing sign Torquay striker Young

Worthing have signed striker Jordan Young from National League South side Torquay United for an undisclosed fee.

Young, 27, has scored 35 goals in 88 appearances for Torquay since joining from Yeovil Town in October 2024.

"Jordan has great dead-ball delivery and can score and assists goals from out of nowhere, so he's going to be a really important player for us," Worthing manager Adam Hinshelwood told the club's website, external.

Torquay United said the agreement between the two clubs "also ensures that United will retain a significant financial interest in any future transfer".
