Notts County sign Samuels-Smith and Mustapha on loan

Ishe Samuels-Smith spent last season on loan at Swansea City

Notts County have signed Ishe Samuels-Smith and Hindolo Mustapha on season-long loan deals.

Samuels-Smith, 20, joins from Chelsea and can play different roles on the left side of defence, while Mustapha joins from Crystal Palace after cutting short a loan spell with Wigan Athletic.

The 20-year-old attacking midfielder has been capped by Sierra Leone at international level. Samuels-Smith has represented England at Under-20 level.

The pair move to the Magpies as they embark on their first season back in League One since 2014-15.

"Ishe is a talented young player who is capable of contributing in both attacking and defensive phases," County director of football Richard Montague told the club website., external

Montague added Mustapha was one of the club's "top targets this summer".
