Gloucestershire have signed India bowler R Sai Kishore for the remaining six matches of the County Championship season.
The left-arm spinner had a two-game spell with Surrey last season, taking five wickets in their victory at Durham.
The 29-year-old has three T20 international caps for his country and has played for Tamil Nadu in India's Ranji Trophy for the past nine years, while he was part of the Gujarat Titans squad in the Indian Premier League that won the competition in 2022.
He has taken 223 wickets, including 14 five-wicket hauls, in 54 first-class matches.
Gloucestershire have won one of eight matches in the County Championship so far this season and sit bottom of the Division Two table.
Director of cricket Jon Lewis said they were "committed" to playing better cricket for the rest of the campaign, which resumes on 20 August at home to Worcestershire.
"The conditions at this time of year are often very conducive to spin bowling, so we're hopeful Sai can make a significant contribution and have a really positive impact on the team," he added.
