All-rounder Dian Forrester has left Kent Spitfires to link up with Texas Super Kings in Major League Cricket.
The 26-year-old South African joined for the T20 Blast but played a part in only two matches, scoring 35 not out and taking 3-25 against Sussex, before making 34 against Essex.
Kent had an agreement with Forrester that he would be allowed to go to the US if he were signed by a franchise.
Joey Evison's loan with Leicestershire has also been extended until 19 July, which rules him out of the remaining group games of the competition, however Bertie Foreman and Warwickshire loanee Jake Lintott remain with Kent to the same date.
Kent's director of cricket, Simon Cook, said: "While we're disappointed that Dian is now unavailable for us in the Vitality Blast, we currently have a lot of competition for places, shown in our recent upturn in red-ball form.
"We hope that this competitive environment will continue to produce the best out of our squad."
