Mowi Premiership champions Kingussie were given a major fright by newly-promoted bottom side Col Glen, who held them off for 89 minutes at Clachan of Glendaruel.

With the clock ticking on, Roddy Young finally spared the champions' blushes and Thomas Borthwick followed up almost immediately, denying Col Glen their first-ever Premiership point.

Connor Howe's strike for Oban Camanachd late in the first half made the difference at Fort William.
Iain Fife and Max Campbell won it for Lochaber.
After a goalless first half, Ali Nixon put Kinlochshiel ahead and Ross MacRae equalised before John MacRae with a penalty and Keith MacRae settled it.
In the preliminary round of the Tulloch Camanachd Cup for lower-league teams, Graeme MacMillan and Lewis Tawse both scored four in Lovat's 9-0 procession at Inverness.
