The Conversation

Available for over a year

From the pitches we build to the stadiums we fill, the world of sport can have a huge impact on the environment. Julie Duffus is Head of Sustainability at the International Olympics Committee, based in Switzerland, and played a key role for games including London 2012, Rio 2016 and Paris 2024. Ellen Jones is Head of Environment, Social and Governance at Formula 1, overseeing everything from green fuels in cars to solar-powered food stalls at race events.
