Outside Source

Available for 28 days

Iran's top negotiator warns that "we are just getting started" after the US and Iran launched attacks in the Strait of Hormuz on Monday. US Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth says the ceasefire "is not over". He also says Iran is attempting "international extortion" in the strait, but "that ends with Project Freedom". We speak to BBC Verify for the latest from the Strait of Hormuz. We take a walk around the newsroom to speak to our Global Affairs Reporters about the stories they have been working on today. And approximately two British pubs closed a day in the first quarter of 2026, according to new figures. We speak to pub owners about the future of the industry.
