Iran offers US deal to reopen Strait of Hormuz

Iran's foreign minister says his country has offered the United States a plan to reopen the Strait of Hormuz to maritime navigation within seven days. The Wall Street Journal says President Trump has rejected the proposal, but this has not been confirmed.
