Trump’s envoys to visit Moscow, Kyiv with new plan ‘to end the war’

US negotiators Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff are expected to arrive in Moscow on Saturday for talks on how to end the war in war in Ukraine. The envoys are expected in Kyiv on Sunday, in what would be the first visit to the Ukrainian capital by either man since President Trump returned to office.
