The British government is to set out proposals designed to ban goods made in Israeli settlements in the occupied West Bank -- including agricultural products. Last week, the Foreign Secretary, Ed Miliband, told MPs the government wanted to "reset" its policy on Israel, and that plans to build thousands of new homes in the West Bank crossed a red line.
