Rwanda tightens screening at its border with the DRC amid Ebola outbreak

The WHO has declared the outbreak a public health emergency of international concern, after a case was detected in another neighbouring country, Uganda. We also hear from a survivor of the infection from the world's biggest Ebola outbreak a decade ago about how it is to recover from the deadly infection. A new report says the number of executions that took place around the world last year was the highest figure in more than four decades driven largely by Iran. Our correspondent brings us that report.
