Trump meets Xi in Beijing

President Xi of China has called for China and US to be 'partners not rivals' ahead of high stakes talks with his US counterpart in Beijing. We look at the diplomatic as well as trade aspirations of this meeting. The President of the Philippines, Ferdinand Marcos, has said officials will 'get to the bottom' of what happened in the Senate building, where gunshots were fired amid a continuing stand-off over a fugitive legislator.
