Ukraine defends the attacks on Russia’s oil export facilities

Mr Brovdi said that long-range drone strikes on Russia’s oil facilities would continue because they had significantly reduced Moscow's oil exports. Those exports, he said, gave Vladimir Putin "blood dollars," which he then spent on missiles to fire at Ukraine.
